BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR GROWING BUSINESSES

ABOUT US
The Springtown team

Bill Dagher, Founder + CEO
Bill is the founder of Springtown Bookkeeping LLC. After years working inside large financial institutions and consulting environments, he recognized a pronounced gap in reliable, responsive bookkeeping and financial services for small and midsized businesses. Too often, business owners were left without timely financials, clear reporting, or a true partner to help them understand cash flow, plan ahead, and make informed decisions.
Springtown was built to close that gap — by combining accurate day-to-day bookkeeping with consistent monthly reporting, hands-on support, and financial insight business owners can actually use. That focus on clarity, responsiveness, and partnership has become central to Springtown’s success.
Before launching Springtown, Bill worked across banking and consulting, including roles at JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, and BNY Mellon, where he served as a business analyst and operations team lead supporting financial reporting, process improvement, and system initiatives. He later worked as a consultant at Cognizant, leading teams modernizing systems for a major fintech client. An Intuit–certified bookkeeper and Google–certified project manager, Bill brings operational discipline and best practices to everything Springtown delivers.
Bill enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog. He loves being on the water sailing and exploring local waterways on his paddle board.

Jill Bressler, Marketing + Creative
Jill is a hands-on design and UX leader with more than twenty years of experience working with national brands and growing companies. She has held leadership roles at Ogilvy & Mather, Havas, and most recently The Points Guy, and has partnered with organizations ranging from established brands to early-stage startups.
Alongside her agency and in-house work, Jill has spent many years running her own studio — giving her a deep understanding of how creative businesses operate day to day. She’s lived the realities of managing cash flow, pricing work, planning for growth, and making decisions with imperfect information. That experience informs Springtown’s approach — clear financials, steady processes, and thoughtful partnership designed to support creative teams as they grow.
Outside of work, Jill can be found growing prolific amounts of vegetables, cooking feasts for friends, going to see live music, writing, making art, and never missing a day of Spelling Bee or Wordle.

David Andrews, Professional Services Advisor
For more than two decades, David has worked as a consultant and entrepreneur focused on marketing, product launches, and the turnaround of companies facing significant market or financial challenges. His experience includes advising divisions of large international organizations such as Fujitsu, Xerox, McDonnell Douglas, and Hewlett Packard.
As an entrepreneur, David has founded and led businesses across multiple industries, including Interlingua — the first computer-based Japanese language translation and publishing company — as well as a corporate travel company, a technology-driven marketing agency, and the first technology-focused telemarketing firm. During a major turnaround, he led a management buyout of a Fujitsu division and took the company public on NASDAQ as VZones, pioneering the sale of in-world digital objects and real estate—now a standard model across virtual worlds.
More recently, David has partnered with The Syfter Group, LLC to develop qorums.com, an AI-powered interviewing platform designed to analyze interview dynamics in real time and support more balanced, unbiased hiring decisions.
